Our diet is intricately linked to our mental state. According to Andrew Stoll of Harvard Medical School, a lack of omega-3 fats in our diet is one reason why so many people feel depressed. Stoll says study after study has shown that consuming more omega-3 helps reduce the symptoms of depression and schizophrenia, and increase happy moods.
So, how do you get more omega-3? It's easy.
Just eat more deep-sea fish like salmon or tuna.
